Hesston 8000 Series self-propelled windrowers offer comfort, power and a choice of auger, center delivery draper or specialty headers. The 8500, with a 15' 3" disc header, offers the ultimate in self-propelled windrower productivity. Our pull-type 1200 Grain Windrowers need as little as 40 hp to run and include models with 21, 25, 30 and 35-foot cutting widths. Introducing the new 8450 in 1998.

Sickle-Type: 1100 Series    Disc: 1320, 1340, 1360

Hesston is a recognized leader in the mower-conditioner industry, with rugged sickle-type and disc models to fit every need. The 1100 Series offers 6 sickle-type models ranging from 7 to 16 feet. Disc models include the 9' 2" side-pull 1320 and center-pivot 1340 (12') and 1360 (15'3"), which slice through crops at a knife tip speed of 184 mph.

The Hesston round baler lineup can take you from bales of 550 lbs. or less to 2,400-lbs. You get a choice of variable- or fixed-chamber models ­ all designed to preserve hay quality and save field time. Our 500 Series variable-chamber and 514 fixed chamber round balers combine a low profile, extra-wide pickup with an open-throat configuration for maximum productivity.

Our rectangular balers, with 14"x18" and 15"x22" bale chambers, offer Center-Line design to keep hay flowing gently and efficiently from pickup to bale.

Large Rectangular:4755, 4910

Hesston large rectangular balers build one-ton and half-ton bales. They feature our patented double knotter system, a heavy duty enclosed gearbox and density controlled charge The mid-size 4755 is capable of handling high moisture crops enhancing user flexibility.

Performance and versatility come together in the Hesston BP-25 bale processor. Its fixed rotor hammer design allows gentle processing to help maintain feed value and reduce waste. The high-capacity BP-25 can handle a wide variety of crops and bale types, and can feed on the range or in the bunk.

S90, S150, S180, S220, S260, S320, S390, S431

Hesston's full line of reliable manure spreaders gives you uniform spreading, easy adjustments, a unitized frame that's welded - not bolted, and the freedom to select a model that's just the right size for your operation. Our spreaders range from 90 bushels, or 59 cu. ft. struck level, to 430 bushels, or 270 cu. ft. struck level.

Wheel/Parallel Bar/Tedders/Tedder Rakes

Hesston 3900 Series bi-fold wheel rakes have 40 teeth per wheel to pick up hay the others leave behind. The 5-tooth bar design of our 3800 Series parallel bar rakes means a gentle, clean sweep. To lift and turn hay for fast drydown, we offer 2-rotor (3710) and 4-rotor (3717) tedders, plus the versatile 3750 tedder rake.

Pull-Type Forage Harvesters: 7170, 7155S

Hesston forage harvesters, with their rugged, reel-type cutting cylinder and full-width, tungsten-carbide-hardened knives, deliver a more uniform cut and higher feed value - all with less power draw for real fuel efficiency. The 7155S can handle up to 175 PTO hp, while the 7170 is designed for both 150 and 200 PTO hp offering hydraulic feedroll drive.

With double-edge cutting knives that spin at 3000 rpm and an easy-maintenance modular cutterbar, our 1000 Series disc bar mowers can cut through the toughest crop conditions fast and take a lot of punishment in the process. Flotation springs support the entire cutterbar to keep you going strong through soft, wet, or rough ground.
